Membership Charge

You should be charged on the same date every month. Shopify will attempt to charge you 3 times before automatically canceling your subscription. You will receive a notification once canceled. 

Shipping/Cancellations

You can cancel subscriptions at any time. All mail ships out on the 25th of each month. If you cancel before the 25th, you will not receive the club mail for that month. If you subscribe before the 20th, you will receive a package for that month. If you subscribe the day of or after the 20th, you will start receiving a package the following month as supplies and designs have already been printed for memberships before the 20th.

Damaged Package

Sometimes the packaging can get messed up during transit. If this happens, please inspect the products to make sure nothing was damaged inside the envelope. If the prints or other goods were folded, please email kaylen1112@icloud.com and another package will be sent out.

Art prints:

Art prints ship out every Friday. If your print arrives damaged, please send photo proof to kaylen1112@icloud.com and a replacement will be shipped out the following business day.
